CONSULTATIONS & PATCH TESTS

For all new clients, colour changes or if you haven’t had a colour service with us in the last 6mths you will be required to have a patch test.

This will be at a 15min complimentary consultation appointment. It is to discuss your requirements, Hair history, condition & achievable results

DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit will be taken and put on your account. The remaining balance will be paid at your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

Please let us know 48hrs before your appointment if you wish to cancel/ reschedule. You can call us or email. Unfortunately if you don’t inform us within this time your deposit won’t be returned to you
